FERRY & TRAIN
Circular Quay
Circular Quay is approximately a 10 minute walk from atyp: Walk up George Street (toward the Harbour Bridge). When you reach the Harbourview Hotel at the intersection of George and Lower Fort Streets, cross at the pedestrian crossing and walk down the stairs to ‘The Wharf.’ (Alternatively buses will take you to within 5 minutes of atyp-see below).

Wynyard Station
From Wynyard station: On the George Street side, catch the 431 or 433 bus to the top of George Street (Dawes Point, George Street near Lower Fort Street.) When you reach the Harbourview Hotel at the intersection of George and Lower Fort Streets, cross at the pedestrian crossing and walk down the stairs to ‘The Wharf.’
BUS
Buses: 431 or 433
Catch the 431 or 433 bus to the top of George Street (Dawes Point, George Street near Lower Fort Street.) When you reach the Harbourview Hotel, cross at the pedestrian crossing and walk down the stairs to ‘The Wharf.’
NEW Bus: 998
This bus goes from outside atyp on Hickson Road. The 998 goes to Town Hall Station via Wynyard station every 30 minutes between 9pm and 4.30am every Friday and Saturday night.
Public Transport Information
PARKING
Please be aware that there is metered street parking on Hickson Road and surrounding streets, however parking is limited. There is also a parking station at Towns Place on Hickson Road.
BICYCLE
Bicycling in to atyp is a great option. Bicycle racks are available in Pottinger Park East, above Hickson Road on Pottinger Street.
TAXI
A taxi rank is located directly outside Pier 4/5 Hickson Road, Walsh Bay.
ACCESSIBILITY
There is wheelchair ramp access at atyp.
Level access and disabled seating is available at atyp's venue Studio 1. Accessible seating can be booked by calling the atyp office on (02) 9270 2400 during office hours or email atyp@atyp.com.au
Studio 1 also has fully accessible toilets.
