LYNDELLE GREEN
Lyndelle initially gained a Bachelor of Business from The University of Queensland and then trained as a High School Drama Teacher. She has worked both in Queensland and NSW as Head of Drama in various Senior Schools. During this time she presented regularly at conferences and directed many High School Musicals and Rock Eisteddfods. Lyndelle continues to mark the Higher School Certificate in NSW in the area of Drama and has also directed productions at Theatre companies in both Queensland and NSW.
Most recently Lyndelle has been training in Los Angeles with renowned Acting Coach Ivana Chubbuck and has been accredited as a teacher of her technique. She coaches actors to ‘find the truth’ in their performance work.
In addition, Lyndelle has been working with students at Macquarie University using drama to improve Interpreting skills. As a consequence, the program she conducted was awarded the ‘Vice Chancellor’s Award for Innovation in Learning’.
As an actor Lyndelle has worked in both Queensland and NSW and her showreel and acting credits can be viewed at www.lyndellegreen.com. In her role as Actor and Teacher, Lyndelle travels to Queensland each year to conduct a performance based education program for young people on North Keppel Island and Nudgee Beach. Lyndelle has also worked in the Corporate Environment running specialised training workshops.
As an acting coach and tutor, Lyndelle has trained young actors at Rossi Casting Group in Brisbane and Brent Street Studios in Sydney.
