atyp FOR SCHOOLS in Sydney and On the Road
atyp FOR SCHOOLS kicks off 2008 with an intensive program of workshops geared exclusively for young people studying drama and the creative arts to further develop performing arts skills, strengthen technique, tackle different approaches, and further boost confidence for solo and group performers.
Our tutors are professional theatre artists who collaborate with your students in energetic experimental learning. Sydney-based schools workshops are held at our Walsh Bay Studio and run for 2 hours or a whole day. Inner, Outer Metro and Regional schools workshops can also take place in your school.
All workshops must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance of the workshops commencement date.
atyp LAST MINUTE WORKSHOPS
You can book any atyp workshop throughout Terms 1 - 4 that we offer on pages 24 and 25, at short notice, or suggest a topic that you are interested in, and we will find a tutor wherever possible. Subjects may include circus, mask, Irish and American drama, Stanislavski, Brecht, technical theatre, design. atyp LAST MINUTE workshops incur an extra fee. 10% Discounts are available to any school making a booking of a total of 5 or more different 1-day workshops, a saving of $261.
