Holiday Workshop terms and conditions

• Enrollments are not accepted without payment
• REFUNDS:
  • 25% cancellation fee if cancellation is made more than one week before workshop commencing
  • 50% cancellation fee is cancellation is made within one week of workshop commencing
  • 100% cancellation fee if cancellation is made within 2 days of workshop commencing
• atyp requests each participant in a workshop season to complete and sign an indemnity form. Forms must be signed by a parent/guardian and returned to atyp prior to the commencement of their workshop
• atyp reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who poses a disciplinary problem to our tutors/staff
• atyp reserves the right to cancel workshops if they do not get a sustainable amount of enrolments. You will be provided with alternatives should this be the case
• atyp does not accept responsibility for personal property left at a venue
• atyp reserves the right to make last minute tutor substitutions
• your personal information will be stored in accordance with current privacy legislations
• atyp reserves the right to make archival photographic and/or visual recordings of workshops for inclusion in atyp archives and for use for atyp marketing purposes
